Report published in July, 2022 by the Department for Levelling Up, Housing, and Communities Comittee on disrepair in social housing, and the regulation of housing conditions in the sector. Notably, the report names the neglect of sites undergoing regeneration as one of the key factors driving levels of disrepair in the social sector, and even highlights the issue of managed decline. The report also outlines the importance of stigma also exaccerbating and producing such conditions.
